What is coaching and how does it work and what is NLP?
Coaching provides you with the chance to concentrate on you. It brings about change in people's lives. It looks forward into your future not back into your past. Sometimes called life coaching, it helps people find clarity about where they are going in their lives and enables them to focus, find direction and take action. It is the taking of action that is so important. How many times have you thought about doing something but never done anything about it? Good Coaching enables you to find your potential and move forward.
My role is to support you in achieving your goals and bringing about change in your life. As a coach, I am a professional listener and Personal Coaching is a conversation between us, the coach and the client. I am there to hold you accountable and keep you moving towards your dreams and goals. Here are some of the benefits of coaching:

I use effective questioning to support you through exploring options and then deciding on the actions to take to achieve your goals. Personal Coaching works with the belief that everyone has their own answers within them. I don't give advice, the ideas come from you. My task is to draw them out of you.
People come to me for coaching in Brighton and Lewes because they want things to be different. They are looking for change or have important goals to reach. We look at what has stopped you achieving goals in the past.
Coaching supports the belief that every situation has possibilities and that people really do have the power of choice in their lives. There are always more solutions than problems.
For me, NLP is a fabulous tool that explains why and how we do what we do. It uses a variety of techniques to help us feel good more of the time.
NLP provides information to allow us to understand the workings of our thoughts, feelings and behaviours, how they are interrelated, how they provoke each other and how, if we choose to with NLP, we can take action to improve the quality of our lives and the lives of others.
